Designers and arty types will know their colours and the world of Pantone Swatches well but for the not so arty types Minneapolis-based artist David Schwen’s Pantone Food Pairings project is much more appealing!
In this clever tasty series, favourite food pairings have been created from colour complementing Pantone Swatches. The combination of food and design project hype is currently very popular and this one is no exception!
If you had a food pairing for David to attempt what would it be? I’d quite like to see Pesto and Pasta, Poppadoms and Minty Yoghurt OR Lemon Curd and Meringue!
