[vc_row row_type=”row” type=”full_width” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” text_align=”left” css_animation=”” box_shadow_on_row=”no”][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]Just like last year the festival boasted a great show of imaginative straw (and some paper mache) creations that lit-up the streets of Lapworth.
The festival is run jointly by Lapworth’s Pre-School and Primary School and raises money for both organisations, along with a number of other local good causes.
My personal favourites this year included King Neptune, various Loch Ness Monsters, Medusa, the winner however was St. George & the Dragon which had a foot pump to blow smoke through it’s hosepipe nostrils, brilliant!
